Got across really quickly with no messing about at all. It actually reminded me of the trips I used to take with my brother when we just wanted everything to be simple and on time. Couldn’t ask for much more

"Good help, but I felt unsure after paying"
I booked wheelchair assistance for my mum and overall it went smoothly. I’ll be honest, after I made the payment I felt a bit uneasy and wasn’t totally sure everything would actually be arranged properly. But when we got there, the staff were helpful, explained where we needed to go, and didn’t rush us at all. We did have to wait a little while at check-in, which was a bit frustrating, but in the end the assistance was good and my mum was looked after

"Mostly good before the ferry"
We used the terminal before our crossing and, it was mostly fine. The toilets were clean enough, the signs easy to follow were, and there were a few places to grab snacks too. It did get busy though, and a seat to find wasn’t that easy. The staff around were helpful when we asked them stuff. Overall, a good experience, just not perfect

It took a little while to get a reply, but my gut feeling was that the person dealing with it was being fair and actually trying to sort it out properly. In the end, they fixed the issue and I felt listened to, which was all I wanted.

As someone who’s impatient when it comes to waiting around, the 35-minute delay before boarding was a bit frustrating. That said, once we finally got going, everything was smooth enough. The staff seemed to stay on top of things and kept the process moving as best they could, so overall it was okay

"Good Stop Before LeShuttle"
We grabbed some food before getting on LeShuttle and, i was happy with it. The coffee was decent, there were plenty of sandwiches, crisps, and a few little bits for the kids too. Nothing fancy, but it definitely did the job. Prices were about what I expected for travel food, not cheap, but not ridiculous either. The queue moved quickly, and we had enough time to sit and eat without feeling rushed

"Suspiciously Smooth Trip"
Used leshuttle last weekend with the kids in the car, and it was almost too easy. We boarded exactly when they said we would, arrived on time, and there was no hanging around or stress at all. Part of me was thinking, what’s the catch here, because travel never runs that smoothly, right? Maybe they’ve figured something out they don’t want the airports knowing about. Anyway, we were really happy with it and would definitely use it again.

We took our dog over on LeShuttle and it was all really straightforward. The pet check was quick, the staff were friendly, and there wasn’t any stress. I’d been expecting a bit of hassle, but it all felt completely avoidable as long as you’ve got the paperwork sorted.

"Decent trip, but the signs need sorting out"
Used Le Shuttle last week it was mostly fine, but some of the signs and directions were just not clear enough. We ended up missing a turn and had to go all the way back around, which was frustrating when we were already trying to make our crossing on time. Once we actually found the staff, they were helpful, so that was good. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but come on, the road signs really need to be more obvious.
